As everybody knows, humanity is facing difficult days. Wars and violence are being propagated and increasing each day along with hunger, misery, death and suffering for millions of people. This affects us all on a daily basis, sometimes in ways that we don't even realize. These problems have always bothered me, but my feelings regarding these issues have been intensified by the September 11th, 2001 terrorist attacks, only some blocks up from New York University where I used to study. If we leave the political issues behind for a while, we can clearly see the violence in the "air" (before and after September 11) all over the world, destroying more then buildings: lives, our families, our world, our planet, affecting our own behavior. The spirituality, when it exists, is often used inappropriately as a political tool. These social problems, thoughts and intense feelings led me to record this CD: "LET THE BE PEACE ON EARTH". It is an apologia to the Peace between people and Nations and an evocation to the Love and the Humanity's spiritual values.
